Data protection and general terms of business

1. Data protection
The protection of your private sphere means a lot to ZeitenSchrift. ZeitenSchrift insures all arising/collected data of customers to use it (the data) only for the completion of the order and intern market research. A passing on to a third party/businessman occurs/ takes places if this is absolutely necessary for the correct provided service. The customer approves of/aggrees to the usage of his or her data.

2. Secure order
Our site uses a secure order form for customers to order products. Financial information collected is used only to bill the user for products and services. We collect the contact information (i.e. e-mail address) but financial information (i.e. credit card numbers) are only used for the order and we do not collect credit card numbers. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer’s contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary.

3. Conclusion of an agreement
The contract between the custome and ZeitenSchrift comes not until/first only about of an order of a customer and his or her acceptance by ZeitenSchrift. The customer's order takes place via Internet, telephone, fax or written/in writing. ZeitenSchrift accepts the order in sending the ordered product to the customer.

4. Terms of Delivery
The ordered products will be delivered to the customer as fast as possible. The delivery of the product on principle/basically at the expenses and at the customer's risk. Additional/later delivery caused by ZeitenSchrift will not have/included/be charged any forward expenses.

5. Domicile and applicable law
The general terms of business at hand and the contracts based on such terms are subject to the Swiss and German law respectively, according to where the payment has been placed of the headquarters of the ZeitenSchrift-company. The domicile CH-Zug or DE Bautzen is exclusively responsible for any arising disputes.
